By entering our Icewine site and ordering any of our products, you are acknowledging that in your country of residence that your are of legal drinking age and that you are legally entitled to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.

In order to protect minors, we are unable to sell our product to any individuals who are not of the legal age, if any minor under the legal drinking age or under 21 years of age fraudulently order on line and has the wine shipped to their address, the wine shall not be released or signed off to anyone under the age of 21. Should this matter be of question then valid proof of age shall be requested and presented. Should false or fraudulent identification be presented or be of question, then the wine shipment will not be released to them, and will be returned to us, and the cost of shipping will be charged back to responsible party. Parents or legal guardians will be held responsible for actions of their children.

Icewine Niagara guarantees our product; the price and delivery of said product at the time of purchase. Delivery of product is and shall be guaranteed delivered in a specified reasonable and timely fashion. Should there be any delays or should our product not be delivered in time or in satisfactory condition then the purchaser must notify Icewine Niagara immediately by Email or by telephone within 24 hours of receipt.

It is important to note that when ordering any product from our site that we are acting as agents on behalf of the client ordering. In other words, by completing and sending an order form, you are hereby authorizing IcewineNiagara to purchase the said Icewine on your behalf. As such, we are therefore, acting as agents to purchase the icewine and have it shipped directly to you.

Icewine Niagara will not and can not sell, nor does it advocate the shipment and sale of this product in the Province of Ontario. Any such orders placed within the province of Ontario will immediately be declined. Refunds or exchanges are welcome but return deliver of such product and redelivery charges shall be charged back to Purchaser directly. All credit card orders placed with Icewine Niagara shall be confirmed electronically with the appropriate agency as to the purchase request as well as a purchaser confirmation via fax confirmation or email confirmation.
