Deep gold colour. Concentrated aromas of pear and honey. Intense sweet pear and apricot flavours balanced by fresh, mouthwatering acidity. Excellent length. Coming from Chablis, France, this is the first attempt at icewine production by our winemaker Jean-Pierre Colas. With these type of results we can continue to look forward to what he will do with a little 'Canadian' experience. Kindly note that this particular Icewine does not comes in with a gift box |
